1. Students may fill in online application from www.admission.skmpoly.edu.in or offline at CCCT and admission center at Gangtok.
2. Students must choose the course interested in. Cutoff marks is applied.
3. Students must pay Advance of min. 10,000/- online through payment gateway or at Banks as declared by CCCT. Payment in cash is not preferred.
4. A booking number will be issued.
5. Within 15 days from the date of issue of booking number, the students along with parents must visit CCCT and provide all documents as required along with proof of advance payment.
6. On verification, a provisional Admission letter will be issued. Those who have paid full fee, Admission letter will be issued.
7. Within 15 days from date of issue of provisional letter, balance fee must be paid in declared bank account and provide to institution for confirmation of seat.
8. If the balance fee is not paid within the prescribed date, the advance fee is liable to be forfeited and seat booking made null and void and will be issued to the next eligible candidate.
9. On payment of full fee, Admission Letter will be issued.
10. Students will have to purchase uniform from the vendor prescribed by CCCT for reporting to classes.
11. Classes will begin from 3rd July 2017 with a Rope -In Program.

6. Failure to report within 5 days, the advance may be forfeited and booking cancelled.
7. Provisional Admission letter will be issued.
8. Within 10 days from the date of issue of provisional letter, the balance fee must be paid to bank account of CCCT.
9. On receipt of proof of payment, Admission Letter will be issued.
10. Students will have to purchase uniform from the vendor prescribed by CCCT for reporting to classes.
11. Classes will begin from 3rd July 2017 with Rope In Program.
12. In the event of applicant is not issued with seats of desired course due to delay on reporting or not meeting the prescribed cutoff marks, booking may be converted to other courses meeting the cutoff subject to vacancy at the time of reporting.
13. All admissions will have to as per norms as prescribed by AICTE.
14. CCCT reserves all rights to accept or reject any application without citing reasons thereof. The Principal will be the final authority for arbitrating any issues and his decision will be final.
15. Students nominated from HRDD will have to abide by norms as declared.
16. Those eligible for scholarship from Social Justice & Welfare Department will have to be notified. Until then, fee as prescribed will have to be paid. Any surplus fee will be adjusted in the next fee payable.
