CCCT/NOTICE/2019/02 NOTICE 7/02/2019
This is to notify that after due scrutiny and approval of the Special Secretary cum Director,
Higher and Technical Education, HRD Department, Government of Sikkim, the fee paid by
students of CCCT during the Financial year 2017-18 is being refunded for Sikkim COI holders as
the same has been paid by the State Government providing free education.
All eligible students/parents/guardians are required to fill a claim form carefully (provided
online) and submit either by self/post to the office of the undersigned at the earliest along with
required documents. The refund claim will be processed one for every eligible student only.
The schedule of claim form receipt and payment (Digital mode by RTGS/NEFT directly to bank
only) is listed below, beyond which the claim will not be processed. All eligible students/parents
need not come to institute for follow-up after form submission but check for bank transfer on
the prescribed date(s) or contact at number provided below.
